PAVILION

For this assignment we had to design a pavilion with an interesting spatial experience and place value around the subject "meeting" or "reflection". The location of the pavilion is situated on a cliff, on the coast of the North Sea. I was assigned the place value "reflection" and made a thorough analysis of what the subject means to me. I quickly came to the conclusion that the environment plays an important role within the subject of reflection. From that vision, the location of the pavilion became the starting point of my design.
