WHAT I DO / OFFER
My field of expertise consists out of interior design, furniture design and various areas within the arts.

INTERIOR DESIGN
I have always been deeply passionate about transforming visions and ideas into distinctive interior environments, guiding projects from initial concept through to full realization. To me, interior design is far more than just creating aesthetically pleasing spaces — it’s about truly understanding the unique needs, lifestyles, and personalities of the people who inhabit them. Every interior should reflect the stories and lives of its users, becoming a meaningful backdrop that enriches daily experiences.

My education in interior design has equipped me with a strong foundation in spatial planning, materials, color theory, and essential design principles. I bring this knowledge to each project with enthusiasm and care, striving to craft interiors that are both exceptional and highly functional. But beyond expertise and technical skill, I believe the heart of interior design lies in creativity and thoughtful problem-solving.

In my work, I constantly challenge myself to think outside the box, pushing beyond conventional approaches to create interiors that are bold, imaginative, and engaging. I aim to design spaces that provoke curiosity and invite exploration — interiors that are not only visually striking but also intellectually and emotionally stimulating. Each project is an opportunity to tell a story, to create a living narrative that reflects the lives and histories of those who will inhabit it.

To support this storytelling, I create high-quality 3D visualizations that bring ideas to life and allow clients to fully experience the vision before it becomes reality. These visuals are an essential tool to communicate mood, atmosphere, and spatial relationships, ensuring that the story behind each design is clearly understood and appreciated.

Sustainability and a commitment to fostering a livable, balanced society are fundamental values that guide my design process. I believe that interiors should not only inspire and delight but also respect the environment and support the wellbeing of the communities they serve. By combining creativity, function, and responsibility, I strive to create spaces that transcend the ordinary and offer lasting value.
FURNITURE DESIGN
In my furniture design practice, I’m constantly searching for the balance — or tension — between functionality and sculptural expression. I see furniture not just as something to use, but as something to experience. Each piece I create is shaped by hand, allowing the physical process and my own personality to leave a visible mark. The handmade aspect is essential; it brings a certain honesty and intimacy to the work.

The creative and hands-on nature of furniture and design deeply appeals to me. I aim to create pieces that go beyond functionality—objects that resonate emotionally and aesthetically with the viewer. Thinking beyond conventional design boundaries is essential in my work. I prioritize storytelling and emotional impact over pure utility, approaching each piece as a form of functional art. Every object begins as a sculptural narrative. If it naturally evolves into something practical, like a lamp, it becomes functional without losing its artistic essence. If not, it remains a sculpture. My goal is to blur the line between design and art, allowing the two to merge fluidly.

I design objects that invite interaction, not only in a practical sense but also on an emotional and imaginative level. My furniture enters into dialogue with the viewer or user — it asks to be looked at, touched, interpreted. These pieces challenge conventional definitions and often raise the question: when is a piece of furniture still a piece of furniture, and when does it become a sculpture?

For me, that space in between — undefined, shifting, and open — is where the most meaningful work happens.

ART
Art is the force that inspires me every day and drives me to create. It has shaped me throughout my years of education in visual design and my subsequent training as a teacher in visual arts. It's more than just a hobby for me; it's a lifeline, a way to understand the world around me and express my own thoughts and feelings. It's the language that doesn't need words but can convey the deepest emotions. In art, I find freedom, expression, and endless possibilities. It's my constant companion on my journey of self-discovery and growth.

My artistic practice is driven by a deep fascination with chaos, dualities, and the vibrant complexity of life. I am drawn to exploring contradictions and paradoxes, weaving these opposing forces into my work to create rich, layered narratives. Color bursts forth as a powerful tool in my art, not only to captivate the eye but to evoke emotion and highlight the tension between order and disorder.

Nature, with all its unpredictability and raw beauty, serves as a constant source of inspiration—its rhythms and forms echo throughout my pieces, grounding my exploration of freedom, diversity, and openness. I embrace the interplay between harmony and fragmentation, allowing disorder and unpredictability to shape the energy of my compositions.

At the heart of my work lies a dynamic balance, a push and pull between opposing qualities—calm and chaos, structure and spontaneity, clarity and ambiguity. This tension invites viewers to engage actively, encouraging them to look beyond the surface, to search for meaning not only in the work but within themselves. I aim to create art that is not fixed or definitive but open-ended and alive, a mirror reflecting the complexity of human experience.

My practice is an ongoing dialogue between control and release, presence and absence, inviting the audience to join me in exploring the space where contradictions coexist and where new possibilities emerge. Through this, I seek to challenge traditional boundaries and create pieces that resonate deeply, provoking reflection and connection.
